What our customer's say!

"keeps me comfortable", I bought this product specifically to take on a trip to Great Britain, because I know that fans and A/C are not common items "over there." Being very hot natured, I knew I needed to take something that would help me sleep at night, but wouldn't take up much space in my suitcase or be too bulky to deal with. Considering the small size and the nature of the fan, I wasn't expecting it to give off huge breezes like my regular sized fans, but as long as I had some amount of cool air, I knew I'd be ok. The included, rechargeable batteries are great...they bought me a few extra hours. For a 2 week trip, I went through the charge on the rechargeable batteries and had to buy 2 sets of D batteries (the first set wasn't completely dead, but the flow of air was weaker than I wanted, and I didn't take the adaptor with me to charge it up since it wouldn't have worked in the electrical outlets, and the 2nd set is still in the fan and have plenty of charge left). Some people might consider that to be an excessive amount of batteries to have to buy, but I used the fan probably more than the average person, because I can't stand to not have any air flowing. I used it probably an average of 10 hrs a day. I'd keep it on while getting ready in the mornings, and during the night, I'd set it on the nightstand and point it at my legs to keep me cool enough to sleep, and it worked just fine. I also like a fan to be running while I sleep, and this fan created just enough white noise to keep me from being disturbed at night from hallway and outside sounds. Some evenings when in the hotel, it'd be comfortable enough outside (read not too cold, considering I went to GB at the tail end of their winter season) to open the windows, and I could set the fan in the window to help blow in cool air, and it worked great. Even my traveling companion, who doesn't usually like having a fan on at night, commented that he was glad I brought the fan...it provided just enough air to keep him comfortable, because the rooms could get really warm and stuffy at night. That being said, I would almost buy a fan per person...one for each nightstand...especially if you and your friend or spouse both like a fan on at night. On my nightstand, I got the majority of the breeze and luckily my traveling companion isn't as hot natured as me, but like I said, he felt it enough to be comfortable...he didn't complain. Additionally, living in the humid, storm-prone South, I'm excited to have this little fan for any potential power outages we might have. I can remember a couple of times last Summer being stuck in hot and sticky weather during a power outage after a thunderstorm. I'd have to go outside, because it'd be cooler outside than indoors! I think this fan will help during similar situations.
