"Don't waste your money" I bought one in pink from a store for the same price and, although it fit perfectly, it bunches under my feet when they slide on the balance board (as when Hoola-hooping). If you want to keep your balance board clean, just wipe it down periodically with a damp paper towel, and use a can of compressed air to get the dust and particles out of the crevices. "Glow in the dark skin for the wii fit board" This skin fits the wii board snug and goes on easy, however it tears just by pulling it out of the original box, where I use to transport back and forth on the weekends. I would like to see a skin that does not tear so easy. "works well" I didn't have any problem putting this sleeve on my Wii Fit Balance Board. I didn't know at first after reading some reviews that it was very strong. When I received it I don't see how someone could tear it so easy. I have used mine everyday for 35 days now and it works great. Keeps the board nice and clean. "It really does glow..." It glows and it keeps those gross feet marks from appearing on the board. I don't know how often I'll play in the dark, but it's cool, right?? "Not bad at all..." This sleeve fits well. It has rubber nubbies that fit in the screw holes on the bottom of the fit board, and it's shape follows all of the contours of the board itself. It didn't tear, and I didn't feel that I had to be super gentle with it. The box arrived damaged, but the sleeve was fine. I think it's great for keeping gunk out of the cracks. It wasn't tight enough to keep from slipping a little bit when I did the complex yoga moves that require only one foot on the board at a time though. But having taken quite a few yoga classes, I don't think that your front foot should be above your back foot anyway...so I wouldn't suggest using the board for those moves in the first place. "Not that bad", After reading all the other reviews, I didn't think this was a bad product. No rips or tears and we are pretty rough on our board. It even survived a trip to Florida for T-Day. My only complaint is that it is smooth. It makes it easy to clean, but isn't as non-slip as I was hoping for. "Wii Fit Clear Silicone Sleeve - a big disappointment", I was very excited to get a silicone sleeve for my Wii Fit balance board with cold weather coming and wanting to be able to wear socks without slipping. It has a number of places underneath the board to attach it (which one would think should hold it in place). Unfortunately, the sleeve slides all over the board, particularly during activities that involve moving on the board such as the hula hoop, for example. I have tried it with bare feet and with socks, and it makes no difference. The only advantage is in certain yoga positions, it allows you to grip it with your bare feet a little better. I wish I hadn't invested the money in this item! "Protect Your Feet", I got this for a friend of mine whom we play and battle on the Wii Fit games and weight loss activities. Read this reviews before You buy... "Protect your Wii Fit from your kids!", I have small children with big ideas on "decorating" everything. This sleeve was super easy to put on the Wii Fit. The glowing feature makes it fun for the kids. Everyone wins! "Great product", I am very pleased with this product. The board gets dirty very easily, and isn't the most comfortable thing for constant stepping. Once I put this on, I have not had to do much cleaning and it still looks great. It is also much more comfortable on the feet. I had worried it may be slippery, but not at all. I feel more secure with it on. My two little kids use it, and they get a kick out of the glow in the dark feature. We didn't need it to glow, they just think it is cool. It is very easy to put on, very durable (standing up to 2 adults, and 2 small children with almost daily use), and easy to clean when you have to. Love it and recommend it. "silicone cover for balance board", it ripped the first 10 minutes i had it. it's easier to rip than paper. it does keep your white board clean though. i would look to something a little more sturdy. "Silicone for Comfort", The silicone sleeve adds comfort to stocking feet. More importantly it adds non slip protection. "CLEAR SLEEVE", I ordered this after reading the other comments posted. It protects the WIIFIT board from dirty feet or shoes and it does seem to give you a better grip if you are bare footed. I am glad I ordered it and very easy to put on. |
