"Be careful with spray gun" Great product, great price. Just be careful with the spray gun. I didn't have the pressure problems with the sprayer that other people have had, but I negelcted to remove the tubing after using it and just left the sprayer hanging. The tubing acted as a siphon and actually drained about half of the Nature's Miracle over a period of 2 days. Just be sure that the sprayer is removed or hung up on the side and it should be fine. I actually liked the spray it provided better that the regular spray bottle. "Takes alot to work!" I had to use ALOT of this product for it to really work. I went through 2 huge containers before the odor finally disappeared. You need to soak the carpeting to get down deep into the padding. It took longer than the 2 weeks noted on the label for it to work. "I do not recommend." I do not recommend Nature's Miracle. We have just house trained two puppies in the last year (Boxer and a miniature schnauzer). I have read on many sites to dilute this 2-1 w/ water and use a steam cleaner. Did NOT work in my living room doing so. Wasted a whole gallon and a half. So, figured I would buy one more and use it correctly on the bed rooms. Used 90% of the jug on two bed rooms and it still smells very strong. I soaked down the area w/ the liquid enough that one would almost faint from the 'everclear' like smell of this stuff, but a few days later, back to smelling pee. I'm yet to find something that works, and this is def. not one of the success stories in my mission to find one! "The Best" This is the best stain/odor remover I have ever tried. I have wasted so much money on so many different other products. Buy this, it's worth the price. "Product effective - too bad about the Sprayer" The stain remover works very well, is a good value, and drys quickly. However, after about 10 uses, the battery operated sprayer no longer worked. Since I couldn't find any blockage, it may be a problem with insufficient pressure to pump the liquid up through the tube. So then I poured Natures Miracle into my own individual spray bottle and kept the rest on reserve.

What our customer's say! "Removes odor for humans but questionable for dogs", I thought this product would help with my new puppy's inability to control himself in my apartment. Unfortunately I've used almost a whole gallon already and he keeps peeing and pooping everywhere, especially on the dog bed. I've soaked and washed the bed with this product and it dosen't work. I've cleaned the floors saturating them with this product and it really dosen't work. "Sprayer doesn't work, but you can pull a lot more hose out of the trigger nozzle", The product seems to work OK, but in the middle of the first use, the sprayer stopped working in mid-stream. Nothing happened, nothing changed, it was working fine and then it stopped. I fooled around with it for quite a while and it magically started working again. Then, after a few minutes, it stopped working again and no amount of fooling around changes that. I am very disappointed to have to find another delivery method considering the amount of carpet/upholstery I need to spray. For those of you who complained that the hose is too short, try tugging on it from the base of the trigger nozzle. I pulled at least another 12 inches out of the nozzle that it appears is stored in there during shipping. It would have been lovely for the packaging to mention that since it's clearly intended by the manufacturer. "Works well for eliminating smell from cat urine ", The product was shipped very quickly and the price, with shipping, was lower than the local pet stores. Using a black light (purchased an inexpensive under the cabinet florescent light(Home Depot) and a black light), found the urine spots in the carpet and completely soaked the spots. Covered the urine spots with plastic (have used aluminum foil, or use anything so the cat(s) will not go to the same spot and urinate again) and within a couple weeks, the urine smell was eliminated. This is our second sprayer, no problems with the first, just wanted a back up. Side note: Over time, the sprayer will not pull liquid from the container and after replacing the batteries (or use recharge ables), the sprayer worked fine. Highly recommend this product. "good remover but pump is cheap and not worth it", I have used Natures Miracle before and love the product itself. I purchased this one with the power sprayer hoping it would make my job easier. However the pump broke on the first use. The battery compartment had to be taped on or the batteries fell out and after the first use the sprayer just stopped working. Tried everything to fix it but you cant fix something that is so cheaply made. "The only thing that works", We have 4 dogs that sometimes forget they are supposed to go outside to do their business. This is the only product I have found to remove the stain and odor - even if you don't catch the accident right away! Using this has saved me from having the carpets professionally cleaned every couple of months or so. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Good job", Started working the first day we used it. I gave it 4 instead of 5 only because of the price. We have 3 dogs and 5 cats. We will buy again if we need too. "Product works, sprayer doesn't", I like this product a lot. However, the sprayer sometimes dribbles or doesn't work at all. When it finally comes out, it is a strong stream that is not really any better than the stream you get from squeezing a flip top cap. When I lay the sprayer on the floor, it spills out all over. It must be kept upright when not in use. I will stick to the regular spray bottle or flip top cap. "Power Sprayer becomes a large, heavy, clunky, narrow, opening...", This product is a prime example of the phrase, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." NM's Stain & Odor Remover (1.5 gallon) used to be supplied with a foil liner tightly attached to the bottle opening. It was very easy to carefully poke tiny holes into the liner, turn the bottle on its side and use the bottle like a plant watering can with a sprinkler head. Now the foil liner is gone. Instead there is a cap modified to accept the end of a hose whose other end is attached to a large, heavy, device that resembles a glue gun, and needs *FOUR* AA batteries to operate. We needed an adjustable wrench to pry the nozzle out of the "dribble" position but never was able to locate the spray position (no letters or clear indications of the "spray" or "stream" positions could be found anywhere near the spray nozzle). Adding to the frustration, the connecting hose is only about six or seven inches long and is awkward to use without an eleven pound bottle lugging behind. Plus, the "hoslter" is positioned on the bottle, in a way that the power sprayer cannot rest inside it (as pictured) once the hose becomes (permanently) attached to the bottle cap. If there is a way to remove the hose, there are no clear instructions that I could find. If you still want keep the bottle then I recommend that you get some plastic packing tape and wrap the tape around the bottle and the "power sprayer" a few times. to hold it. For easiest use, don't mess with the "power sprayer" just unscrew the cap, pour, keep cat away from the area, and let it dry. My low rating is based ONLY on the design of this bottle with the power sprayer and not based on the performance of the liquid substance inside the bottle (which I highly recommend). "No power in this sprayer", The sprayer isn't powerful at all. and it only works part of the time when it does work. "very pleased", i have been using the natures miracle for quite a few months, however in the store the remover is quite expensive. i found this one on amazon with a great price and am very pleased. my only problem is the hose from the container to the pump is very short poss 8 inches or so. |
