"my favorite pot", My Le Crueset 7 1/2 quart dutch oven used to be my favorite pot but not anymore. If you haven't tried a Staub pot you need to. The grenadine color is gorgeous. The pot does an amazing job of searing but not burning. With the lid on in the oven it retains heat better than my Le Creuset. The lid is so beautiful that I keep it out on a plate stand in my kitchen for decoration. My only regret is that I didn't get the same pot only larger.
