"Love the colors!", These Kuhn Rikon paring knives are great! The colors make it easy not to peel your veggies with the same knife you just cut up your chicken with thus avoiding cross contamination. The sheaths are a great plus as you can toss them in a drawer or anywhere really without the fear of damaging the blade or what it would touch. The only thing I did not like is that they are not full tang. With a full tang they would have a better weight to them and be stronger. I love them just the same though and will probably order one of each color. You can put them anywhere.
