"Vertical Roaster", The vertical roaster is small and not appropriate for an average size chicken. You need to place the roaster in a larger pan to avoid spillage in the oven. It becomes very slippery and difficult to maneuver when removing the cooked chicken from the oven. The roaster slides around in the larger pan and it's hot from roasting. I would not recommend this item.
