"A better (free) mousetrap"
I didn't tell the person who gave me this as a gift (woo-hoo!) but I've been making pasta in half the time on the stovetop for nearly a year now. The secret: bring the water to a boil as usual, add pasta and bring back to a boil, then cover and take off the burner. Re-gifting time! :-)

"Don't waste your money!"
The pasta came out stachy and pasty
My family hated it
They immediately wanted me to throw the thing out!

"PASTA N MORE "
IT WORK'S REAL VERY GOOD THAK YOU SO MUCH I USE IT VERY DAY FOR COOKING.
PEOPLE SHOULD GET THIS IF THEY COOK ALOT .
I HAVE SIX KIDS AND A NICE WIFE AND SHE LOVE IT TO.

"Pasta Dude"
I'd Give It Zero Stars

If there was a lower rating than 1 star, I'd have given it. The cooking times are grossly miscalculated. It makes me wonder if anyone bothered to use this thing or check the cooking times out before bringing this gadget to market. The recipe booklet and the poor instructions seem hastily put together. I've used it to cook fettuccini (pasty), lasagna (stuck together) and elbow macaroni (pasty and stuck together). And cooking 2 cups of elbow macaroni for 23 minutes (or longer it says for softer macaroni) isn't much of a time saver. I won't waste any more of my time trying to get this thing to work.

"Poorly made, poor instructions- very disappointed"
After seeing all of the informercials on this product (that should have been my first clue)I purchased this from Amazon. When I opened the package, I was surprised at how poorly made it was. The lid is hard to take on & off, the 'measuring' handles are a little laughable, and overall looked like cheap plastic. I still thought it might work- I washed it out with soap & water thoroughly, and made some pasta. I followed the instuctions (very poor). The pasta was undercooked on the ends and overcooked in the middle. That wasn't the biggest problem - THE PASTA TASTED LIKE THE PLASTIC SMELL FROM THE PACKAGE!! I tried it again - re-washed the cooker, re-cooked the pasta and it still had the plastic smell taste. I threw all the pasta out. The product says it is microwaveable, but it's also made in China (I didn't know that when I purchased it). I was thinking of buying some for Christmas (sounded like something new and different), but will not now.

What our customer's say!

"ns1939", I was amazed with the promptness I recieved this cook pot, haven/t tried it yet ado to a health problem.

"Best cooked pasta", Very easy & quick to cook. Less to clean up. Pasta cooks al dente which is the way I like it.

"Just as described.... !!! ", I just bought this the other day and used it to make spagettini and it was perfect. No problems whatsoever. I love the strainer lid too. No more fighting trying to strain pasta over a sink into a colander. Love that you can store leftover pasta in the same cooking container. Wonderful product! I have not had a chance to try the steaming feature yet, but will soon.

"Pasta N More", I love this product. All pasta I have cooked, from elbow, wide egg, to lasagna noodles have came out perfect. I don't have a turn table Microwave so size was not a problem. When I read the really bad reviews, it suprised me and I would have to think it wasn't used properly or their Micro wasn't up to speed. I just ordered 2 more for Christmas gifts. With my experience I would recommend this product to anyone.

"Easy Pasta Maker!!!!!", I was kind of skeptical about this product but I really needed something that would make pasta easy, especially wheat pasta, because I was starting a diet and needed to make pasta ahead of time. I love this product because you can cook it and store!!!!

"Lives up to the claims", I've had fun using this product. Add water using the portion markings, toss in the pasta, and let the microwave do it's thing. Draining is super simple, and it takes seconds to wash out. What more could you ask for? I would recommend this product.

"Love IT", Honestly, at first I really didn't think that I would use or like the Pasta Maker. To my surprise, it really works. Oil in the water is necessary though. Good product. I am buying one for each of my sisters.
DOnna from Indiana, PA

"Awesome", I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend and he loves it! It's really good for dorm rooms.

"Versatile; Wal-Mart beats this price", I bought this yesterday at Wal-Mart for $17 and some change. I cooked oval-shaped pasta in it last night for a pasta salad and was very pleased with the results, and the ease of use. I haven't seen the infomercials about this cooker, so I was surprised at how much it can do. It has two steamer inserts. I plan to try steaming shrimp in it, with beer in the bottom, and to poach salmon. The cookbook that comes with it has quite a few non-pasta recipes, including a breakfast egg scramble, a corn bread souffle and desserts. I expect to use this cooker quite a lot at home and on camping trips. In my opinion, it's a good value.

"JS from Millington MI", I bought the Pasta N More as a gift for my daughter & she loved it!
