"It's a fan", The Massey 4 Inch high Velocity Fan does its job of blowing air well and moves a high volume of air. It is fairly loud for such a small fan and mine has a rattling that gets annoying. Like another reviewer said, this fan is much cheaper if bought at Wal-Mart. This is a good fan if you are looking for something cheap and don't mind the noise.

"Cool little fan", You can probably find this locally for less. (I paid $5 for it at walmart) Regardless, I have one and it works pretty well. It provides a jet flow of air which is just enough to keep things cool. Would be nice if it had speed settings. I use it at work to keep dust out of my face.
