"Amazing garbage can!", This garbage can lightens my kitchen, Not only is the color beautiful, but it is very sturdy and well made, It's very worth the money. I like the insert inside for attaching the trash bag, it keeps the bag from slipping inside and spilling. I would buy it again in a heart beat.

"The Perfect Trash Can", It is totally worth the money! It looks great, is easy to use, easy to clean, you don't have to see the sloppy-looking bag, etc. It really is the perfect trash can for a kitchen. And my dog can't get into it! (Smart dogs would probably figure out how to press down on the pedal and open the lid. My dog? Not so bright.)

"Happy with my OXO trash can", The can arrived quickly and was as pictured. 10 gal is just right, not too small or too large. Because the item was refurbished, it had a slight dent on the side, which was described on the site as minor cosmetic damage, and which I would agree with. I might try hammering it out from the inside later. The step pedal is very responsive and opens all the way, which is really convenient when your hands are full.

"OXO Good Grips 1066522 Black Steel Trash Can", I am enjoying this trash can. I can leave the lid up when I'm working in the kitchen but can then close it off when I leave. The design is sleek. You can even decorate it with magnets and pictures if you want because it's steel. I also feel like I'm emptying my trash less. It's pretty large yet uses standard large trash bags. It is just such an improvement over my last plastic garbage can. And it looks awesome with my new black appliances.

"OXO Good Grips Delivers Again", I have owned this trash can for almost 1 year now and with daily use it still looks brand new and works perfectly. Although a little pricey for a trash can, it has been worth every penny. I just use regular kitchen trash liners or even grocery bags in it. My trash can has to remain in the open due to limited cabinet space and it is great to have something that looks pretty good and keeps the sight and smell of waste contained.

"Worth the price", I had a $50 coupon, so the cost was not as great, but after receiving the trash can, I would have paid full price for it. It looks nice. The lid works great. The band around the top and the bag holder are a tremendous asset. The white color is much better than the stainless ones that leave fingerprints. This was a very good choice.

"Expensive but works well", I like the hands-free design. The linkage between the foot pedal and the lid seems a little loose (and a bit flimsy) but works ok so far. The trash can has a thin metal exterior with a plastic inner liner that you can pull out to dump the trash. We use tall kitchen trash bags with tie ends and it's a little awkward getting them installed so the tie ends don't hang outside the can. Might try the bags with draw strings and see if that helps. Item arrived in excellent condition. For the price, I expect this trash can to last AT LEAST ten years. Anything less than that and I won't be sending hugs & kisses to OXO.
