Natrol's Time Released Melatonin contains 3 mg of melatonin, a naturally occurring hormone secreted by the pineal gland with potent antioxidant activity that provides relief for insomnia, jet lag, immune function, high cholesterol, hypertension, anti-aging properties and cardiovascular health.
