Rhino Lacto Safe™ provides support to help with the healthy digestion of milk and milk products. Nutrition Now Lacto Safe™ aids in the digestion of milk and other dairy products. Lacto Safe™ contains natural lactase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down milk sugars, as well as other enzymes specifically formulated for the digestion of foods containing lactose. The FOS (Fructooligosaccharides) microflora growth concentrate selected for Rhino Lacto Safe™ is inulin, a natural carbohydrate from chicory root (Cichorium intybus). Inulin is found in a variety of fruits, vegetables, and grains. Inulin promotes the selective growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestine and is considered a "Prebiotic".
