Recommended Use
Mix 2 scoops in 12 - 14 oz (300 ml - 400 ml) of cold water.Loading Phase: First time users - to obtain 20 - 30 grams of creatine per day for the first 4 - 5 days, we recommend spiking your Creatine Xtreme with a pure creatine monohydrate supplement. Maintenance Phase: After loading phase - use Creatine Xtreme up to twice a day for 3 weeks. Thereafter, we recommend cycling off creatine for two weeks before restarting the maintenance phase.
